N-LDB Stick-Operable Mid-Span Cable Stripper is a new-generation overhead conductor stripper jointly developed by our company and NGK of Japan. It consists of an insulated crank-type torque transmission rod, a hook-style quick-connect insulated operating stick, a rotary stripping head, and a stripper cutter mold. It is suitable for mid-span stripping of 70–240 mm² overhead insulated conductors. The tool requires no additional auxiliary equipment and can be operated by a single person, meeting the requirements of live-line making and breaking of jumper connections using the insulated stick working method.
